Wedding/Event Coordination Packages 

Our goal is to provide our customers with high quality wedding and event planning services that are personalized for their unique needs. Whether you are at the beginning stages of planning your big day or almost finished and just want to make sure everything runs smoothly, we have a package that will work for you.  Select from one of the packages below or contact us to customize one that will fit your needs.

One Carat – Wedding of the Day Coordinator Package

This package is designed for the “Do It Yourself” (DIY), bride and groom who have completed the monumental task of planning their wedding. We make sure the day flows smoothly and flawlessly. We will add the final touches and direct the rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception.  Allow Touch of Class to take the vision that you have created and execute it with perfection.

  • Two (2) hour initial consultation & planning services
  • Complete wedding day coordination (maximum coverage is 8 hours)
  • (1) wedding coordinator to assist with last minute details the day of the ceremony (depends on size of event)
  • Recommend theme and color schemes
  • Confirmation of all vendors and review of each contract 3 weeks prior to the event
  • Work with Bride & Groom to choreograph wedding ceremony
  • Visit the ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding
  • Creation of a comprehensive event timeline and detailed schedule for vendors and the wedding party
  • Oversee proper set-up of ceremony and reception at the wedding site(s), monitoring the time schedule and all activities, being attentive to the needs of the bride and groom
  • Decoration of Ceremony Site and Reception Setup (TOC merchandise)
  • Two Oversize Silk Floral Arrangements for Ceremony Site
  • Serve as liaison with reception venue coordinator
  • Preservation of top tier of wedding cake
  • Collect and pack gifts and personal items, such as toasting glasses, cake topper, cake knife and server, etc.
  • One (1) bottle of wine or sparkling cider for the guest of honor

Packages can be tailored to fit your specific needs.  Items can be upgraded, removed, or added to packages.  To book your event, we require a deposit and a signed contract. Payments can be made, but the remaining balance must be paid 30 day before your event.


Two Carat – Consulting and Partial Package

This package is designed for the couple requiring assistance with reservations, budget planning and detail preparation. You will receive all of the extensive consultation services that come with the One Carat package. During our free initial consultation with you, we determine which of our services can be customized to fit your specific needs.

  • Includes One Carat Package
  • Budget development and management (if needed)
  • Provide Bridal Party responsibilities to attendees so they will know what their roles are
  • Provide expert guidance in vendor hiring, establishing your wedding planning timeline, and budgeting. We will provide a wedding-day checklist and suggested wedding-day timeline
  • Meet with you six weeks before the wedding to go over the final details and make sure your team of vendors are ready for your big day
  • Create and print Save-the-Dates announcements and assist with address labels for guest as requested (Envelopes included – postage not included)
  • Create and print Wedding Ceremony Programs, Seating Chart or Place Cards
  • Serve as liaison in organizing and blocking hotel accommodations
  • Rental of aisle runner, flower girl basket, ring bearer pillow, gift card box, cake and serving knife

Three Carat – Full Coordinating, Planning and Floral Package

This package is for the couple that wants us to plan and execute every detail of their wedding from picking out invitations and budgeting to ceremony coordination and reception departure. You will have the luxury to relax and enjoy the months leading up to your wedding while we attend to all the details for you. We take into consideration the style, size, location and complexity of your event.

  • Includes One and Two Carat Packages
  • Assist with your gift registry – maximum of three stores
  • Assist with selection of attire for bride and bridal party
  • Assist Bridal Party and oversee distribution of bouquets and boutonnieres
  • Coordinate bridal party meetings – maximum of three meetings
  • Set up programs and ceremonial items, (i.e., guest book, unity candles, sand ceremony, etc.)
  • Ensure proper placement of seating cards, wedding favors, program, etc.
  • Line up bridal party and assist DJ with Introduction
  • Assist guests and locate place cards and dining tables
  • Decorations for Bride & Groom Sweetheart table
  • Customized Silk Floral Package: (1) Brides Bouquet, (1) Matron or Maid of Honor Bouquet, (1) Groom Boutonniere, (1) Best Man Boutonniere, (2) Corsages for Mothers. Additional flowers are available for a nominal fee
  • Final sweep to make sure gifts and wedding items have been loaded into proper vehicles

Coordinator/Consultant (Social Events)

This is our Non-Wedding Package. We pride ourselves in creating a unique and memorable event by taking our client’s concepts and using project management standards for planning a Touch of Class experience with “out the box” creative thinking.

Whether it’s a Baby Shower, Bridal Shower, Family Reunion, Graduation Party, or Milestone Celebration, this package can be adjusted and customized to meet your needs. We will create a package that works just for you.

  • Consulting & Planning Services from Date of Hire until the event is over
  • Meet with you to get to know your vision. We like to develop close relationships with our clients no matter what package you select with us
  • Develop a comprehensive day-of schedule including all of your vendors
  • Serve as Point of Contact with site visit coordinator
  • Provide guidance and suggestions on site design and decor
  • An assistant for last minute details the day of the event
  • Vendor visits, references, research, and contract review
  • Design and print custom invitations and Thank You cards per guests
  • Assist in the creation of the menu
  • Assist in the creation, preparation and mailing of your invitations
  • Recommend favors & other elements to make your event more memorable
  • Serve as your liaison to your guests
  • Set up and take down decorations
  • Collect and pack gifts and personal items
  • Gift Bag for the guest of honor

Package price varies based on service selection . To book your event, we require a deposit and a signed contract.


Children’s Parties

We love the kids and will bring the party to you. We offer a fabulous twist on some of the children’s traditional party themes.  They are designed with kids and parents in mind.  Our signature parties are created with an eye for detail, and great decor. You pick the date and we will do the rest. Our event planners are pleased to decorate your birthday party at your home or location of your choice. Our mission is to make a birthday celebration as unique as your child!

  • One (1) hour planning sessions to work on theme development and details
  • A coordinator to assist with last minute details the day of the event
  • Package includes twenty-four color or theme coordinated cupcakes
  • Custom printed invitations and thank you cards to match your theme

Package price starts at $300 up to 10 kids.  Additional guest $15 each. To book your event, we require a signed contract and deposit.


Do It Yourself (DIY) Package

Our DIY Package is perfect for our clients that are on a budget. Everything you need to make your event beautiful and affordable with confidence.

  • Up to two (2) hours consultation from a Certified Event Planner. During the session, we will talk about your vision: the theme, colors, attire, budget and “your story”
  • Ongoing and unlimited contact with your planner via telephone/email/texting
  • Design and print custom invitations and Thank You cards per guests
  • Recommend decorations, centerpieces and favors based on your theme
  • Written personalized plan/timeline & dated to do list
  • List of vendors who fit your budget

Full payment of $250.00 is required at time of consulting session and a signed contract. If you decide to use Touch of Class service after consultation, the amount paid for the consultation session will be credited towards the deposit of the selected package service.

A La Carte package varies based on the add-ons you choose.  If you do not see a service or item that you’re interested in, please let us know.  It’s your wedding day and we want it to be everything you dreamed.  All of our packages are customizable.
